Michael James drops into STiR!
So, all has been revealed.
For our first event back after a two-year enforced break, we welcome the Fuse and Constant Black hero Michael James for a two-hour extended set!
To seek good groove, direction, and exceptional sound is more than a passion to Michael James. It’s a path.
Excellent track selection and 4/4 timing have earned him recognition at a very young age. His soundscape is deep and eclectic and consists of dub minimal, house and techno elements. In the early hours or in small spaces, experiments with deep and chilled sounds are what he likes most. Experienced with setting a big dancefloor alight in any venue from Zoo Projects rocking Seal Pit to Studio 80, Watergate or at Sankeys, he is always enchanted and inspired by the live feedback he gets.
We have been working hard to curate our lineups solely on vibe and musicality. Michael epitomises this emphasis and we cannot wait to hear his story-telling masterclass.
Michael joins STiR residents Daive and Tony, with big support from minimal breakout stars Elodie and Mara Lefay, plus a showcase from YAYA Records label boss PRiiMO!
This is our first DAY RAVE of the series and with the industrialised Werkhaus venue at our disposal, expect a souped-up extravaganza of sound.
Tickets are flying and will not hang about. We have removed the silly ‘tiered tickets’ and replaced them with one flat fee so more of you can access ‘proper’ music!
